Abstract: The paper deals with the methodological principles of the dual education development in the hotel and restaurant business considering the modernization paradigm. The preconditions for the formation of dual education systems in different countries suggest that such an approach should be more appropriately applied to practically oriented specialties. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing dual education systems offers an opportunity to suggest ways to modernize them in the conditions of the information society development. The paper proposes a system of principles (general and specific) on which the cooperation of higher education institutions and hotel and restaurant business should be based. The stages and methodological approaches to the analysis of hotel and restaurant business modernization processes in the context of the formation of a dual education system are substantiated. Abstract. The analysis of the specificity and assessment of the consequences of the migration processes "Ukraine - Poland" the article was devoted. The relevance of the topic is revealed due to the emphasis on the needs of the global labor market, which caused massive displacement of people - migration tsunami and exacerbated the problem of deportation of both countries in the near future. The analysis is based on the use of Eurostat and other official sources. The progress of negative demographic tendencies in Ukraine, which differ on the background of similar processes in Poland was revealed. The emphasis is on positive results of the demographic policy of the Polish government, which takes into account the significant contribution of Ukrainian workers. This eventually ensured a stable economic development of the country. At the same time, the outflow of highly educated specialists from Ukraine has led to a weakening of its economy. The outflow of Ukrainian students weakened the education system of Ukraine, contributing to the strengthening of the education system in Poland. The improvement of this situation in Ukraine is in implementation of a system of economic measures that would contribute to the settlement of Ukraine-Poland migration flows on a mutually beneficial basis for both countries.

Abstract

IoT (Internet of Things) requires the implementation of digital encryption of information, transaction support and recording of all events for security. It can provide cryptocurrencies protocols with adding an additional possibility of payments. This opportunity is not so much demanded at the hardware level as in the software implementation. We have discovered that IoT devices are widely used for illegal purposes for trusts or network consolidated attacks, and virtually no legal and useful ways of using their hardware-distributed capabilities. Standardization and compatibility in IOT network should become the main tools for the possibility of introducing new solutions, testing their utility, performance and safety. The standardization of a new approach to interactive protocols in the IOT network and the Internet with a finance approach is now inevitable. We need new IEEE standards for cryptocurrencies and IoT functioning. They must include standards for protocol functioning, transaction validation and saving, privacy and security support. Cryptocurrencies and IoT interaction diagram were proposed. The IoT network devices technology will be in the future instance of the smart class of digital-physical systems, which also encompasses technologies such as smart homes, intelligent transportation systems, smart cities etc. The financial aspect for purchasing software, services, solutions and sales of the resulting benefits will complement this network with additional capabilities. The development of standards for the financial level of functioning is also necessary.

Abstract

The common signs of development and its financing of cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and basic income were determined. The main tendencies and problems of the development of cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence from their appearance to the present time were considered. The combination of cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and basic income in a unified system of innovative tools for the creation of a new global financial and technological system was substantiated. These three technologies have the features of combining into one innovative system of interaction at different levels from hardware and software to the level of ultimate practical implementation and application in the future. The perception and consideration of these technologies as a single system makes it possible to significantly simplify the approach to their study, design and implementation.
